Well I had sex with a condom and it broke this was around the 2am hr and by 11am I went and bought the plan B one step pill. My question is, is it possible for me to become pregnant in that small time frame before taking the pill? How fast can sperm reach my eggs?

It depends on the sperm and where the egg is at the time.
Even if the egg was fertilized it can take 3-5 days for implantation to occur. Since the Plan B prevents implantation you should be safe.
