Last night I had a poor judgement and had sex with a girl i just met in a bar. I m a 26 years old hetero,never had an STD before and she was at least 10 years older than i am(i don't even know how old she is).
I didn't have condoms so she didn't want intercourse and i just satisfied her with my fingers. She didn't give me an oral either, I don't know why. But I gave her oral. After that she let me put my penis into her anus using some lube. It was a 2-3 minutes intercourse. I did not come into her. She just said it hurt so we stopped. I didn't see any blood. I have no wounds or anything on my penis. But because I don't know her at all now I m very scared about the chances that I might get HIV from her.
She looked healthy and she 's not a prostitute, I know she s a student and have a normal life. But at the same time I m wondering if this is enough not to worry about the chances she might be HIV+ because it's clear that she s not monogamous as she slept with me the night she met me.
And as there is no way I can find her and have a talk with her sooner than 72 hours, I don't know if I should go to a hospital asap and ask for PEPS HIV treatment. Do you think I should go take all those antivirals for a month? Considering how she acted(not giving oral and refusing vaginal intercorse), am I at risk?
