Please can you tell me what a white nipple like thing is on my buttocks is ,it just appeared there about 5 yrs ago and it grew and it will not go away ,i hate it because it is emberassing , what is the cause and can i make it go away .It is not painful at all but i know it is there and my husband does too and i'am very ashamed of it , please can you explain what you think it is ? :'(
