This all will go away with time. After getting off of birth control last august I had terrible anxiety took over my life for about 4 months. I finally took bio identical progesterone for 2 months (a calming horMone) because I refused to take any anti anxiety medicine. That helped a ton!! Now ( 11 month later) I have no symptoms. I would really never wish this on anyone. I would say give your self 6 months and it will be completely gone. My best suggestion is going to a holistic doctor. Other doctors didn't believe it was caused my birth control.
