I literally just started smoking cigarettes a week ago. I plan on stopping. I tried it socially, and I'm not a big fan. But this is freaking me out.

I haven't even smoked a full pack yet. Maybe 1/4 of it. Maybe.
They don't hurt when I'm just sitting around, but if I eat something it hurts sometimes...
Last year I had an oral infection and these same white dots appeared all over my mouth.

Do I have cancer or something? Or is this just the infection again?
Any help appreciated, thanks.

Hello there

First of all cigarettes are so bad that you need to stop before you become a smoker. I know that your friends probably smoke and that you want to fit in but trust me this is not a good way because once you start it is very hard to stop. One day you will wake up and you will be smoking two packs a day and you don’t need this. It is bad not just for your health but financially isn’t very desirable. Not to mention that you can’t enter most of the coffee shops when you are smoking. So quit while you can.

About your problem it is probably fever blister. They usually occur in mouth or mouth roof and even gums.

Unfortunately whatever you do this condition is probably going to last between 10 and 14 days and you can’t do much about it. You can boost your immune system with vitamins and if they last more than 14 days consult your doctor.
