Last night I noticed that I had several little blister looking dots on my gum line,they are about the size of a pencil tip. They don't hurt but I have notice more redness and a little bit Of soreness on my gums. Could this be gingervitis or is it something serious, I brush my teeth twice a day but I was sick for 4 days and did not get around to cleaning my teeth properly. Today I woke up with a few more across the gumline they are in groups. Could this be dangerous to my health please let me know I'm stressing out
