i smoke cigarets and mariujana both quite heavily and in the last couple months or so ive been coughing black stuff and sometimes i cough so much i puke. this realy worrys me but i cant say it to a doctor or my parents cuz im worried of the outcome.i have seen a few posts realated to this but most are abovefrom people above 20 im only 17 plz someone tell me what i can do.

You probably have some respiratory condition. In my opinion you have some illness that is affecting your lungs from all the smoking of cigarettes and marijuana. The black stuff is most likely a blood that came somewhere from your lungs. Have you considered visiting your doctor? I would suggest to do this and run some scans of the lungs as soon as possible. You can avoid telling your doctor about marijuana but you should tell about the cigarettes. Have you had any injuries to your chest that might have caused some internal bleeding? You can’t really get the right diagnosis without running few tests at the hospital first. I hope this helped you a bit.
