Here's what I figured out, in my case it's nothing that they could find on any scans because most likely  it is the nervous system's own functional nerve pain that I feel in my head and the ONLY thing that works for me is lorazepam (Ativan)  and here's why: It suppresses the CNS thus acting as a CNS depressant, that's why it takes the edge off the chronic pressure in my head. And if you have pressure in your head it may be the same as my condition and the only pills that will ease this type of nerve pain caused by CNS are CNS DEPRESSANTS, TRANQUILIZERS, BENZOS, BARBITUATES AND STAYING AWAY FROM ANY STIMULANTS AS THEY WILL ONLG AGGREVATE THE PROBLEM( i had to stop taking vyvance because it made my head pressure worse.
