I have had a wierd rash on my inner thigh and pubic area. The rash is itchy, red, and the skin is sorta raised in the affected region. I took a shower and shaved to see more clearly and the soap gave me an unbearable burning in my clitoral area, upon further examination i could see small red spots. I out Neosporin on it and ot seemed to help. I really need to know what this is. The rash is becoming out of control with the itchiness and redness.
