Hi I'm really hoping someone can help me I have PCOS and so far this year my periods have been pretty regular and on time (given a day or two) my last period was the 8th February so I was due between the 8-13th march but two weeks before the 8th march I had brown & dark brown dishcharge/blood but no period it was smelly sometimes but not all the time then today my period started (red blood ) with some small black clots I'm really scared it's something serious like cancer as I've read that bleeding between your periods is a sure sign of cancer I would be very grateful if anyone could help as I'm very scared thank you.
