My period is pretty regular. My average cycle is 34 days and I had my last period on Dec. 25. Last Thursday- about a week before period was due- I started bleeding. I bled lightly for 2 1/2 days reddish brownish color and then didn't bleed for a day but then I bled again for another day, it stopped for a day and I just started bleeding again. Any clue what might be going on?

I have been trying to research and find out what is wrong with me and I have had some of the same symptoms as you - The very dark brown blood, Mine was very heavy - the normal period followed and now for 3 weeks I have continued to bleed but not enough to use a tampon - did you ever find out what was wrong?
