Hi Princess
It sounds like something to do with the cysts, and therefore I suggest a visit to your doctor. An ovarian cyst will usually only cause symptoms if it ruptures, is very large, or if it blocks the blood supply to the ovaries. Otherwise they may show no signs. You didn't say that you were on treatment - they often go away. But syptoms, when they do occur, include pelvic pain,a change to your periods (heavy, lighter or irregular), and indigestion or a feeling of fullness and bloating - which seem similar to what you describe.
But I wouldn't rule out the possibility of pregnancy. If you are having sex 3-4 times a week with no contraception, you are likely to get pregnant. You could have had implantation bleeding. Presumably you are anticipating that as you use no protection at all - not even condom or diaphram.
I think the back pain is partly due to your work schedule, and perhaps partly to to your cysts.
Whatever the reason, I suggest a visit to a doctor.
I hope this helps

That's what I assumed with the cysts. It may be that you do now need treatment. Your bikini line is about where your ovaries are. I don't think a couple of days to see the doctor will necessarily be too long, but I would book now (if that's possible where you live. Where do you live? You could take pain-killers meanwhile if necessary. If it gets too bad, get an emergency appointment or visit A&E.
I hope all goes well for you.

Sounds like you have a high temperature. In which case, get help right away (consistent with ruptured cysts). I'm from UK also, so call 111 and get advice. What area of UK? Is there a drop-in centre nearby? You might have to miss work tonight (if you've not already started evening shift!). Take care. Let me know how you get on.

It would depend on its size and what caused the cyst and what it could lead to. It might have just flared up, but the pain, temperature and tiredness are all symptoms that need urgent attention. It may not yet have ruptured, but is getting ready to.
Various complications are associated with it. Make sure your doctor is aware of the 'issues' you have had with contraception. As you are not using condoms, you are open to STIs (don't know you/your bf's sexual history), so I would get a thorough check up.
I hope there is nothing too serious.
Take care.
