Hi, i am wondering if you can have pain in both side's of ur ovaries when u are pregnant?

Pregnancy cause a great deal of changes in a woman's body so aches and pains of ANY kind could be perfectly normal.

HOWEVER, pain in one of both of the ovaries or round about if your pregnant and in the first few weeks or so could be "Ectopic Pregnancy" which is where the pregnancy takes place in the fallopian tubes instead of the uterus.
The fallopian tubes connect the uterus to the ovaries and so pain in that area is of concern.
Once a fetus in the fallopian tubes begins to try growing, the mother will experience increasing pain, fever as it gets worse, and can then be at risk for rupture.
It would be a good idea to at least see a doctor and get this ruled out to be on the safe side.

Now, it is common for ovaries to hurt DURING ovulation.
Also you can have pain if your ovaries have developed "Cysts" which would be like a pimple on your face or a wart on the hand but instead on your ovaries. This is easily fixed and should cause no real alarm. It is seldom a serious issue. It can be if left untreated or in special circumstances however.

So, first, how far along are you would be the first question.

Hope this helps!
