I've haven't had my period for a couple of days and I have a stomach bug and cramps. I can't get pregnant from dried semen and I didn't penetrate myself. Now other symptoms just cramps and the stomach bug, which made me lose my appetite. I was also very stressed out about it. Can you get cramps from a late period, and is there a risk of pregnancy?

When you said, "I haven't had my period for a couple of days and I have a stomach bug and cramps," Did you mean you were on your period, but then it stopped? Or did you mean that your period is late?
If you meant that your period is late, then that could be because of the stomach bug (or whatever you have). Illness, travel, and many other stressors can make your periods come earlier or later than usual. Sometimes stomach bugs and other digestive illnesses can cause weight loss, because of all of the fluids and other stuff you lose. Also, sometimes when you are sick, your appetite is not the same as it usually is, and that can cause weight loss.
I know this may be kind of a sensitive question, but if you were on your period, did you use a tampon? If yes, this could be very serious, and you should see a doctor, or go to someplace where you can get help. You could have a rare but potentially fatal illness called Toxic Shock Syndrome. I know you might think Toxic Shock Syndrome only occurs as a result of not using tampons properly (leaving it inside of you too long, using a bigger tampon than you need, etc.), but it can occur even in women and girls who use tampons properly. In fact, Toxic Shock Syndrome can happen to anyone in the world. I don't work in the medical field, but if you are concerned, please go to someplace where you can get professional medical help.
