ok so may friend asked me 2 go 2 splash lagoon with her on Sunday 2 Monday and kneed to lose weight in my stomach so I will look good in my bikini! and it also is my period and it will b the 4th day of my period the day we leave and I have never worn a tampon because I'm 12 and all but I REALLY want 2 go coz it will b my 1st at splash lagoon but i don't want 2 wear a tampon! What should I do I really need help as soon as possible and thank you please respond soon! :) huge hugs! :D

No tampon no swimming. So the decision is pretty obvious. Either you wear a tampon or you don't go swimming. Going swimming when you're on your period and you go without wearing a tampon is extremely unhygienic and gross.

Well I'm just so scared that 1: it will hurt when I put it in 2: it will hurt while it is in 3: it will hurt when I take it out 4: I don't no how 2 put it in 5: it will leak! Don't be scared of using tampons! They are easy! Just lat the the package they come in. They have pictures for upon to look at. Honestly you should change out a tampon every 3 hours to keep your body clean and fresh. No more than 7 hours too!

ThankThank you! :) my mom is scared tho coz it will b my 1st time wearing one and she said that if didn't no how to put it in I can go to the emergency room but she seems to b overeacting just a little! ;) and I no How to put it in I am just afraid it will hurt because I ended up trying one on and it didn't hurt that much but I wasn't in Walter and it was only in for about an hour and a half and not as long but I will need it in that long so what should I do? Oh and do u no any EXTREMELY fast ways to lose a little weight in the stoumach area coz I want to look good in a baiting suit! thx :D

Well you can just wear a tankini( longer than a bikini, and 2 pieces)
Weight lose is tricky! It takes a while to lose weight THE HEALTHY WAY. Trust me losing too much weight too fast will make you gain the weight you lose and ADD more pounds because your body goes into starvation mode.
Just have fun by playing sports, eating only healthy( fruits and veggies) and full of protein foods( chicken, turkey).
Do situps, planks, cruches, push ups!
I do tumbling and cheer and we do lots of conditoning! That means all the things I mentioned for 30 minutes straight! No stopping, but please drink lots of water before and during excerise!
About the tampon thing....I would bring extras just in case and ,and I wouldn't worry when wearing it in the water.

There is a slight chance....but it doesn't happen often if you put your tampon in correctly! Don't worry if it does it will be minimal! I had that happen once, and it was sooo unocticable! It mad me embareseed though...lol:$

Thx I did have 2 wear a tamp on the first day ur for some reason it ended early so I did have 2 wear 1 2day yeah!:D oh and it didn't leak thank goodness!
