I haven't had my period in 6 months and when I finally got it it was heavy and I'm still on it

I haven't had my period in 6 months and I got it finally but it hasn't stopped yet but it was heavy and there were clots and on the 9th day it stopped then came on again and on the 11th day it was light and I thought it was ending but it started up again and i usually figure stuff out on my own and don't ask for help but I am getting scared and nervous and I don't want to tell my mom because I am embarrassed. I am 14 by the way. I need help. It was more of a brown at first and then became heavy and red and as I was talking about on the 11th day it became brown and now its red again please help I dont kno whats wrong and I am panicking
