I know that there is no average penis size for teens but I'm 14 and my penis is only 3.5 inches when erect does that sound too small? all my friends say they have like a 12 inch penis, I know that it is more than likely not true but still, and my mom says its rlly small just teasing me but I did hear her talking to my dad and she said no matter what women say size does matter so I feel like I will never get married or anything like that.

Your friends do not have 12" penises.
DO NOT compare yourself to others. We all develop at different rates/times.
Average for a 14 year old is 3-4". You are NORMAL (and average).
Your penis can grow into your early 20's. Give it time.
It's also what you do with it that counts.
