I don't know what is wrong with your body, if anything. 

Usually, when you have pregnancy symptoms, like morning sickness/nausea, abdominal bloating, fatigue, frequent urination, etc, but you get periods AND negative pregnancy tests AND you are sure you took the pregnancy test after your period was due, you are not pregnant. 

I hope that helps, though if you are worried that something is wrong with you, going to a doctor is always a good thing. Maybe having a pregnancy test done by a medical professional will reassure you that you are not expecting.
