Yah you can. This happened to someone I know. She was 15 and ended up getting pregnant without ever having sex. She is 30 now and still swears it to be true. He came "on" her and 9 month months later she had a baby girl. And on a side note, she didn't even have sex for the first time until her baby was 2!
