I posted this on another forum, and unfortunately stopped getting replies after I had updated, so I need some extra advice. "Unfortunately, I stuck it in my pocket and forgot about it! I don't know how but I did... Well, I looked at it and there was such a faint blue line that I had to press it against my cell phone light to see it, is this a positive? Sorry for my ignorance, this is my first ever rodeo."
[Update]
I couldn't wait, so I went out and got a two pack, I took one and after about 3 minutes an extremely faint line appeared, I looked at it again pressed against my phone with the back light on and saw it, I'm saving the other one for tomorrow morning. Could the extremely faint line be a + even though I had to put a light up to it?

Pregnancy tests are not as clear cut as they advertise. I have known people who have had a faint line and not been pregnant, but I've also heard the opposite, so unfortunately it is not so clear cut. The best thing you can do is go to a doctor and have them run a blood test. Blood test are better at detecting hormones present during pregnancy, even in faint amounts. Sorry I couldn't be more help. If you find out could you post the results? I hope things turn out the way you'd like them to :-)

The home pregnancy are not as clear cut as the say they are. I have heard of a pregnancy test being negative with a faint line, and I've heard it being positive too. The best thing to do is to have your doctor run a blood test. The blood test is can detect pregnancy hormones even in low amounts. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful. If you can, post the your results, it could be helpful to others in the same situation. I hope everything turns out the way you'd like :-)

I agree with Viperbunny. The best way to tell if you have gotten pregnant is to see a doctor about it as they will be able to run a much more reliable test on you. Would you be able to see a doctor about this?
