i recently discover a red pimple like bump on the lips of my vigina what could it be?

So i recently discovered a red pimple like bump but it dosnt have a pointon on the lips of my vigina.. i dont know what it can be i dont shave or wax down there so i dont think its an ingrown. And i havnt been sexualy active in in months so im not thinking its an std. The bump feels a bit sore and what ever it is looks like its under the skin. Has anyone experianced anything like this and thinks they can tell me what it is?? Im pretty worried ive never gotten anything like this before
