When I was younger, I used to masturbate while I was in the shower. If course, I was in there a bit longer than I should've been, but no one was none the wiser :) To be honest though I get more pleasure when I'm dry and do it in bed. And by the way, when I was 14 I had to share a room with my mom, but I still masturbated at night when the tv was off and she slept. I hope this helps!

You didn't say how old your sister is. Sisters often share in those pleasures. If she's older maybe she can help you learn how. Otherwise what Blankcanvas told you is about all we can do to help you.
