I started bleeding 10 days after unprotected sex, it was bright red but not spotting

I had Unprotected sex on Dec 8th . He wants a baby so released in me 3 times that day . 10 days later , so the 18th I started bleeding for 2-3 days ., it was bright red but not spotting . Should I even consider taking a test or is that not even possible to be pregnant now because of the bleeding.
