Hey guys So about a year ago I started practicing Shooting lacrosse a lot. Like an hour Every day. After a few months I started developing this nasty back pain. It was like a dull throbbing pain that was caused by all te excessive twisting when i shot. After a few weeks it went away. Fast forward to now. I have started deadlifting and squatting a lot. And the pain is back. At first it just hurt after lifting and went away within an hour. Now It hurts almost always. I'm really confused. And another weird thing is when I lean forward I feel this dull aching pain on my vertabrae 6-7 up from my pelvis. And when I stretch it feels better. But then when I twist it I feel a sharp pain directly on my vertabrae and I if I twist my back when lieing on my back it feels like that vertabrae is protruding and hurts really bad. A sharp pain. I have no idea what it is. And my friend broke his back doing the same thig. He got bad stress fractures from shooting lacrosse so much. Sorry for the long question but does anybody hve any idea?
