Ok , My cycles are usually normal. I got my cycle 4/3/18-4/12/18 (10 days) usually they only last 5 days, I started spotting 4/20/18 , light pink. I’ve been having lower body pains and back pains. 4/22/18 I was having bad cramps trying to ignore them & I had to pee really bad and there was a lot of pressure, when I went to pee there was a big splash and relief the pressure was gone, wth ! Now I’m just having cramps and light bleeding now ! Could it be a miscarriage and I didn’t know I was pregnant?
