Hi, I'm 14 and when I try to pull back my foreskin (when un-errect and in the shower), i can pull it down half way put a little chord is stopping it from being pulled back futher. Is this a problem? what should I do? does the chord snap naturally? Thanks in advance, - Harry
It's normal for you to not be able to fully retract your foreskin until about age 16.
Look up "frenulum" and tell us if that is what you see. You may outgrow it. If not, a urologist can, in a relatively simple office procedure perform what is called a "frenulectomy" in which they remove the frenulum OR a "frenuloplasty" in which they make some changes to it so that it can extend freely.
Neither is a circumcision.
Hope it helps.
