Was wondering do we have to eat like special low calorie meals? or can we eat what ever we want? i currently weight 135 but i want 2 weigh 120.

I think that i fyou want to lose weight, the best thing that you can do is start exercising instead. That way you can keep eating exactly what you're eating, but you can lose weight at the same time. Does that help?
