After trying to quit 3 times I am very familiar with all of the withdrawal symptoms, one of the worst is the lack of appetite. I am currently 120 pounds 5'8 18 year old male. Losing any weight is very upsetting for me as i am trying desperately to gain weight (which is one of the reasons i started smoking, to eat more). I was just wondering if anyone can list some foods that are easy to get down and calorie packed, I don't want to lose much weight while im goin through these withdrawals. Thank you!

This may sound silly but have you tried Military Rations? The technical term is "Meal Ready to Eat" (MRE). These meals are ready to eat and designed to pump an insane amount of calories into the consumer so they have plenty of energy to last in case they do not get to eat again for a long time (in war). In the past these things were disgusting but that is totally not the case any more. I was in the air force for 4 years and I used to love them! We would have exercises so we could get them by the boxes. Unfortunately, I dont have a problem with being skinny so I had to stop eating them. Good luck!
