I am a fourteen year old girl and i am 5'4 and i weigh 135 pounds i have been trying many things to lose weight but nothing seems to work and i want to lose 10-15 pounds for my big party when i turn fifteen but i only have two and a half months to lose weight :cry: i need all of your tips please and thankyou :D

Well there's a couple things you can do, starting by changing and taking away some of the things you eat like foods with a lot of sugar, you can limit the amount of how much you eat to a small amount. Eating more fruits and veggies (especially green veggies) is always good. The excercising part: Cardio is always good, like running or anything that gets your heart rate up, about 30-45 minutes of that. My coach makes us do a lot of running whenever we get back from summer break. When we first come back I am about 135(I am 5"5') and she works us to death and before season starts I'm between 120 and 125, we do a lot of conditioning which is basically cardio. This is all within about one and a half to two months, but just to warn u everyone's bodies aren't the same so it might take a little longer, and u also have to stay dedicated and do it everyday to get faster results. It doesn't have to be a full out sprint, you can start out with a 5 or 7 (which is about the medium speed you can run, so basically a jog) So lots of cardio will burn fat and eating healthier.
