Hi. I am 34 years old. I have big problems. I feel hot flashes, I have headaches, and my vagina is dry. I know these are the symptoms of menopause, but I am only 34 years old. I wonder if this is it? Anybody? Help!

Hi. It is possible to have menopause symptoms and not to be in menopause. For example, if you have had your ovaries removed, you will probably experience hot flashes. About 85% of women do. Early menopause has many causes, such as premature ovarian failure (the most common cause of premature menopause), surgery (hysterectomy), cancer treatment (chemo and radiation therapy), diminished ovarian reserve, autoimmune disorders, and chromosomal irregularity.
