Marinol tests the same as Pot. I tested Positive, the Lab called to see if I had a script for Marinol. when I said NO, he told me not to expect to get that job I applied for (5 yrs ago).
now, they (whoever they are) have a test that can tell the difference. Do you know any Dr. that is going to order that, not to mention insurance covering a test costing whatever ~$1,000.00 maybe? Std drug test is covered, Insurance pays about ~$65.00. What do you think, Not!!!! Insurance is paying the lower price and calling it a day.

They need to fill at one script or like 10 or 15 dronabinol. Some proof of filling one or two partial scripts is awesome! Then you do have proof of purchase..thanks for everyone input on this subject..

It'll show up as THC, that is what Marinol is ! Will your parents be able to tell if it comes from Marinol or Marijuana. .... NO , unless they order specific testing to differentiate synthetic cannabinoids from non-synthetic which is usually a costly test . I have a friend who is currently going through this at a methadone clinic . On a regular strip panel urine screen, no you can not tell the difference between Marinol and THC , the same thing , except ones synthetic and ones not . Hope this helps you.
