It's weird I am circumcised but where your pee comes out and everything there is so extra skin and looks kind of like how the vaginas develop extra skin around the two openings

Unless it's something that is causing you problems when you pee, ejaculate or with erections or causing you pain then I wouldn't worry to much because just like vaginas come in all shapes and sizes so do penises, no one will have exactly the same.
