im 13 and while beating it last night i got a pain on the left side of my penis today it is swolen!

Not knowing anything other than what you said here - I think it is 100% possible you were doing it too hard! Take it easy - and try some lubrication next time!

I totally agree with taz.

I'm no doctor but you may have just pinched a nerve or caused a spazm, that's sort of what it sounds like.

I would just take it easy until the swelling has totally gone away, If it doesnt go away you may want to see a doctor
