I would say yes, your weight could be the problem, not to sound rude or put you down, but you are obese for your age/height. I would suggest talking with your doctor to get a better idea of what might be going on. Some people are just late bloomers, so you could just be one of them.
As for the white discharge, its perfectly normal, don't be worried about it. Unless its causing pain/burning, its fine. If it has pain along with it though, it could be a yeasts infection.
