So im 18 years old and weigh 285 with boxers and short and 290 fully clothed. Im 6ft last time I went for a physical which was around December, so im probably like 6'1 or 2 who knows I could be the same height lol. Im starting a change in my life where im going to eat healthier from now on and start exercising. I plan to do the p90x to get me started out, ive done it before for like a week, but didn't have the motivation plus i was sore as hell!! After completing each session of p90x im going out for a walk or jog/run everyday. Drinking lots of water, im talking a gallon each day. Cutting soda from my life and sticking to no fat milk and water only. What else should I do? is this a good plan for me? Idk I just hope im buff or thinner by 10 months :-)..any suggestions on what I should or should not do? It was fun being called a teddy bear from the ladies and a beast with the guys but im done being outta shape and want to get in shape!
