Well knowing you are a gift of god & that you are working on you. We are going to try to give you suggestions to help
You very may have an intence feeling of itching. You need to go to the dr asap.
You probably have vaginitis...it needs to be reported.
Not to mention you could also have an STD.
Don't take chances.

What colour is the clumpy stuff? Are you on the contraceptive pill? If you are, it can cause increased discharge which can be whitish and clumpy (cottage cheese like, disgusting, I know.)
This happened a week ago, so it could be completely unrelated to sex. Possibly you scratched it in your sleep without even knowing it?? or maybe if you've been using a different bath salt or something. I've noticed that when people have issues with down there, they jump to conclusions thinking it was somthing to do with when they had sex. I do it all the time too!!
Also, sometimes condoms can cause this feeling. If you were not wet enough, the condoms can cause friction burn.
My parents are exactly the same so I usually come online for advice or ask the pharmacist.
Honestly, I don't think it's anything to worry about... if it persists, go to see a doctor or even just ask the pharmacist.
Make sure you keep the area clean, wear loose fitting clothes and cotton underwear and use sudocrem or something like it in the morning, afternoon and evening :)
