Hi Lukas,

Why do you think you have phimosis?  How old are you?

A circumcision actually REMOVES nerves from your foreskin and allows the glans to dry out thereby REDUCING sensitivity.

Hello Sir. I have the same problem. I am 16 years old and I want to have an orgasm, but I can't. I can't fully pull my foreskin as well and I am scared that I will never be able to enjoy sex like I want to. I don't have any experience at all, I never had an intercourse, but I was reading a lot about it and I know that there are some erogenous zones for men and I am still not able to find any of those. I don't know why. Any advice for me? I am scared that I might be sick...

And maybe that's why I feel nothing

Up until about 16 or so it is normal for you to not be able to pull your foreskin back.

Start stretching. Get an erection and pull down on the shaft skin so the glans stretches the foreskin OR use your fingers to spread the opening. The more you do it the faster you'll get results. You don't have to hurt yourself but there may be some discomfort.

Yes, you have phimosis and this is why you don't feel much.

I'm 20 years old. If you try to heal it with "home medicine" it can affect in worse way. So if I have phimosis, would the cirmuscion help me?

What "home medicine?" Stretching is not home medicine it's what you should have been doing all along. Unfortunately, people don't talk about foreskins so you didn't know. No harm will come by trying stretching.

Your doctor may prescribe steroid creams to HELP with stretching exercises.

A circumcision should NOT be your first choice of therapy. It makes no sense to cut off a healthy and normal piece of tissue without trying alternatives first.

I read medicine articles about how you should NOT do it. :/ i have only question, "stretching" or the operation would help me?

Yes, stretching can help. Skin grows under tension. You need to put some work into it, it won't just "happen." The more you stretch the sooner you'll notice results. Yes, it can cause some discomfort but that's nothing compared to the discomfort you'd have from a circumcision.

You'll find the glans to be sensitive either way. It's been protected all of it's life and not used to being touched. That is NORMAL.

Really, a circumcision should only be required if your efforts fail.

I have to ask. Did anyone ever tell you that your foreskin should be able to retract?

I know that :) Could you explain me how should I stretch properly?

Stretching isn't difficult but it takes time. These are the most common ways of doing it.

1. Get an erection and pull down on the shaft skin so the glans stretches the foreskin. Hold it there as long as you can.
2. Use your fingers to spread the opening, again, as long as you can.

I used #2 when I decided to stretch mine. It was a long time ago and I don't remember exactly but I did it in the shower and I probably started by inserting my two little fingers and spreading them until it was uncomfortable and holding it there for several minutes. I worked my way up using larger fingers until it was as loose as I wanted it so it would go back and forth over the head with no pain when erect.

As Dan mentioned, nobody talks about foreskins and that's a shame because so many guys still have theirs and they think they have something wrong when it's all normal. If you have an intact son you should advise him about the stuff he needs to know. I had to figure out the stretching for myself. Yesterday on The View they were talking about guys not hitting the toilet and making a mess. Not once was there any mention of needing to pull back the foreskin to prevent spraying all over the place. Of course no one ever told me about that either when I was a kid. Another one of those things I just had to figure out by myself.
