I'm getting little reddish purple bumps on my inner thighs and buttcheeks some on my labia but never inside or around my holes. They never have a head and they don't pop, bleed, or pus. They don't itch but they hurt like a pimple when you touch them. I haven't been to the doctor yet I just wanna get an idea as to what it could be first.
