Hi, im thirteen and i want to need to lose weight. Im 159 pounds i have tried to lose weght but its hard because my whole family is skinny but not me and they eat fast food about five times a week and whenever my mom cooks it always fries or burgers and other fattie foods. So does anyone have easy quick healthy meals and exercises i can do. and dont say your still growing up cause thats what my mom says.

Hi Taylor! I was having the same problem for a while, I'm older than you, I'm 24, but it is hard to see everyone around you so thin (my sisters are all size zeros, I was a 12), eating whatever they want, and totally not caring that you want to be healthier. I decided that I was miserable with who I was, and found help from a friend who works at a gym. She told me about this book, "The Eat-Clean Diet Recharged." I went out and bought it that day, and I'm not a size 4. Best of all, it wasn't hard. I eat as much as I want, of healthy things. Also, there is a section on how to make better choices at fast food places, which saved my life! I love the way I look, and I'm happy with who I am now. My family has also gotten healthier through the process, so it was beneficial for us all.
