Hi, do you still have it? I suppose so. Ive been having it for about 9 years, and few months ago found out by accident after a MRI that i have a cavernoma grown inside my right temporal lobe. It is uncommon and many people never found out about it. I later came to realise that a cavernoma can cause depersonalization. I got my brain checked for an ocular migraine i have for years, where my vision gets blocked by shimmering light for about half hour during each episode that happens occasionally for around 20 years. I hope to share with people the possibility of a cavernoma.

It is amazing how similar that story is to mine like almost creepy like I was the one who wrote this LOL you're not alone man at all I had felt like I was dreaming when I was younger now I am 29 years old and it started after dealing with some pretty bad anxiety issues I did not have this for years.. I was able to live my life go out and do everything and now I'm in that boat again

I've been going through what I thought to be depersonalization but I'm not sure anymore. Mine started after a smoke session 3 weeks ago. I got all the symptoms of depersonalization but I also have severe brain fog. I'm starting to think something else is wrong and it might be permanent. Idk what to do anymore, I just want my life back.

i've had derealization for 5 years and to be completely honest i've lost hope because im just now getting help and i just get so overwhelmed and frustrated it gets me tired and it never goes away its a constant feeling. What helped you to get over this derealization, Anxiety and depression ?

Yea usually being stone and drunk will make you like that to be honest get therapy if its really bad ask your doctor for some medicine but 1st get therapy and work out and meditate like for couple minutes everyday and dont be scared its a sympton still enjoy life trust me im going thru this right now after i ate some edible 2 weeks later i had a panic attack now i got depersonalization but to be honest i aint scared of it but when i work out i dont feel it at alllll

yea im 16 and ive been experiencing that too for about 3 and a half months now and idk what to do, i havent told my mother yet because she the last person i wanna tell. iM trying to work on what was clearly depression, and that has been working, but the depersonalization wont go away, i havent felt real since late october 2017 and its now january 20 2018, and im still here just waiting to wake up out of this dream.

I’m going thru the exact same thing. But trust me it really does get better even tho reading this probably doesn’t even feel real but IT IS. It’s been a little over 3 weeks for me now and it’s called depersonalization/derealization. Just look up videos that will tell you other people’s stories about it and it sounds just like yours. Just don’t be afraid your not alone and mine was caused from trauma and getting stoned and it came with a really bad panic attack. Get some talk therapy or medicine for anxiety or depression because trust me that’s all it is. I promise there are not separate things just trust me. Also keep God in your life he is not a person he won’t lie or let you down. Speak what you want and he will make it happen just believe my friend.
