ive been married for almost 3 years and my husband and i are trying to get pregnant. we had sex on my ovulation day and the day before, on april 8th and 9th (ovulation). and so i just noticed today that my breasts were hurting, like underneath mostly, could my body know that im pregnant that fast?

since 8 and 9th is your ovulation, maybe you can just take pregnancy test to confirm.
