i take speed orally every now and then and i notice it makes my lips feel like they have coldsores all over them, my tongue feels burnt and all the inside of my mouth swollen.this usually only lasts until the next day or one after and then its back to normal. is this causing any sort of permanent damage or is it some sort of reaction to the drug?

Both, if your worried about what it does to your mouth you should see what it does to the rest of your body

If you are looking for a treatment for the sores, my advise would be to quit the substance.

I am a frequent speed user and I have it all the time. I take alot of precautions (like: Lip balm, aquarius(it hydrates you body alot), vitamine C,...) The dry and chapped lips is common when you just can't stop licking them because they feel dry, but actauly that's worse then just letting it be. The pain in your tongue is just because you have been biting or chewing a little bit on your tongue + speed slows down you saliva in your mouth Cheers!
