I had my 3 in 1 combo done 4 days ago. Intense pain post op. For me it was bowel movement issue post anesthesia and gas that magnified the pain as well as an accidental 1 or so inch cut in my cervix.....what I did1- get an abdominal binder....what a difference since I felt like a roll poll ball and it helps me stand up right and just feels like it holds me together....just a cvs type one. It also helps with gas2 - take 3 coach tablets Daily and HYDRATE..... given what finally came from my bowels....no wonder I felt pregnant3 - take gasX4- walk around as much as possible to get blood circulating to speed recovery along...again, the binder helped with this tooAnd I take my pain meds in half doses. Still hurts given my measures, but a leap from where I was 4 days ago. Due back to work tomorrow but will play that by ear. May do several half days.Best of luck to all.... praying for speedy recoveries and that any.and all issues are resolved.(And I already bleed less than presurgery and feel less anemic....so no regrets for me)
