Hello,

Since March 9th I have had 3 periods, lasting 4-5 days each. This is the FIRST time in my life (33 years old) that I've had an irregular period. I typically have a 28 day cycle.

Since early March I have also noticed myself getting cups of ice to chew on. It's been maybe 1 cup, 3-4 times a week.

I am also a vegetarian. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with anything but beginning in early March, I gave up all seafood too...until mid April.

Someone mentioned I could be anemic due to a lack of protein and my symptoms of irregular periods and ice chewing.

Could this be true?
Thanks!
