Irregular Period, two periods a month.

Go see a doctor. Being a teen your period is not normal till you get to your 20's. But id see a doctor either way. Being sexually active has nothing to do with it.
Dont be scared to see a gyno. If your gyno isnt helping, go to a new one.

Im 20 years old and is the first time i have 2periods in a month well my first one started on february 7 and it was normal but the second one started on february 27 but is just spots and is not my normal period. could it be signs of a pregnancy platation? im really confused do yall think i should go to a doctor and check my self or is it normal or is it because i just been stressing out or what could it be?

Hi, im 24 and also have periods every 14 days with out fail. I have had this problem since having the implant back in 2006 altho it is now out this problem still consistant i have spoke to the gp and he tells me its normal after 3 years with the implant how ever i had this out 09 could it possible be anything else?

OK i am having two periods for the past two months. I'm 17, and yes i am sexual active, but i don't think that it's from him because he has Hemophobia (afraid of blood). And after reading all of these i am a little scared and confused. because i dont know what to expect. and right now i cant afford to go to the doctors because my medicaid was just cut off, so i have no insurance to go to the Doctors.And so please i just need some help with this. I am having a similar problem...I am 40 have 3 kids. I'm having 2 to 3 periods a month, lots of pain, migranes, I have gained 20 lbs only in my abdominal area, while I eat less & less everyday. I'm always tired, I have no insurance & I went to a women's clinic & all they told me was that my pap came back abnormal and to see a gyno but the gyno wont even make me an appointment without insurance or at least 500 up front for starter tests. Any suggestions? I'm scared something is very wrong & I don't know how to fix this. Any help is appreciated.

im having the same problem right now....

ever since i have my daughter 4 years ago i been havin irregular periods i could go for 4 months straight with no period and then have a period... now that i started losing weight this year from feb. to june i lost 63 pounds my period  became regular. now my period is acting up cause in july i didnt have my period till begin of august which last a good weeks. then all of a sudden i went to the restroom today wipe myself and notice very extremly lite pinkish blood which was kind of weird. so i went on with my day and hour later i was bleeding which its not heavy at all... 

i have been also feeling light headed and dizzy as well for a while and i also notice my body temp has changed. Im constanly lowing the temperture in my house and still i get cold... i have  the a/c set on 80 

 

can anyone tell me what going on with me im so lost....

I also have this problem except my sex life is very very active. We probably make love 10+ times per week. More when I am menstrating because it helps my cramps. This is driving me nuts

I've been having 2 a month since I was 14. The only time it stopped was when I was on the Depo injection. Been tested for cysts, endometriosis had a laparoscopy if that how you spell it, thyroid problems STI's and everything come back normal. Dr once said I was probably going to have twins if I every fell pregnant though I never have been. as well as 7 days really heavy bleeding, I'm doubled over in pain, can vomit due to pain, feel like someone is ripping my insides out with their hands and also sex is extremely painful so I try to avoid but still nothing wrong with me according to doctors. Had to have smears every 3 month due to abnormal cells and they made my abdomen feel like it was on fire (the smear) but still I'm perfectly normal apparently! Oh I have been told if I have a kid it might help. If I could actually have sex this might happen but as I avoid due to pain it won't be happening so I see a single life ahead of me and people wonder why it gets me down. Sorry for the rant but I have tried everything people have mentioned on here and still suffering. The doctors and gynaecologists don't seem to care. As I'm 29 they won't let me have a hysterectomy even though I've told them I don't care about having kids anymore. I'd foster or adopt but that isn't enough for them. I've argued its my body so should be my choice but no apparently its not. If anyone does find something please tell me as its been 15 years of hell and I'm about ready to rip my own uterus and all its belongings out with my own hands xx

i recently had a polyp removed myself i bleed for six solid months before that. it is out patient surgery put you are put to sleep for the procedure at least i was. i not only had the polyp removed but had a d&c at the same time no big deal. because i am only 28 i could not have ablation so i have an iud.

I had my periods from the 20th to the 24th last month. Had sex on the 27th and 28th, followed by an emergency contraceptive or morning-after pill. Got my next period from the 4th to the 8th, and today (24th morning) I am bleeding again. Is this normal?

Hi! My husband and I are trying to get pregnant but I've been having two periods a month since February 2013, it's September now and I'm very concerned, my periods have never been entirely "regular" but it at least only came once a month and within a three day time frame, now they're coming twice a month and randomly. I saw my gyno in June and she said my uterus, cervix, fallopian tubes, etc all look fine, free of any cysts, tumors or fibroids and in working order. I'm afraid I'm going to become infertile or perhaps I'm not ovulating at all? I have unprotected sex at least twice week as we're intentionally trying and nothing is happening at all!!! My one wish for life is to become a mother but I fear it won't happen with whatever is wrong with me still going on :( I'm petrified it won't happen for me. Anyone know what would cause this and if my concerns are jsutified or am I over reacting if all of my reproductive organs looked fine??? Any help at all is greatly appreciated
