Hey friends please help me I am 22 years old boy 9 month ago I had semen analysis I found result 80 million sperm 70% motility& morophology 60 % normal but after 3 months job pressure reason I was drinking. 1 whiskey quarter & also more time60 ml tillu week in 2 ya whenever 3 time I had drink 2 month. & now 15 day in one time only beer but I am scared about my sperm count because very soon I will get marry please Brooo I m fully stressful please help me
