Yes there is a possibility you'll get pregnant. First time doesn't matter. If you don't use protection there is a chance - even with. No form of protection is 100% effective.
When do you expect your period?
Bleeding is common after having sex, especially the first few times. You likely tore your hymen and the other tissues aren't used to sex either, so there would be some trauma and the tissues are very vascular (full of blood).
The bleeding itself does not mean you are pregnant. It's too early for ANY symptoms.

There is ALWAYS a possibility of getting pregnant even with protection.
You had your "period" after you had sex. If your period is "normal", like all your others, then it is unlikely you are pregnant. If it's "different" then there is a possibility you are pregnant.
It's too early to tell right now. You'll need to wait at least two weeks from when you had sex to take a home pregnancy test. You MUST use your first morning urine, your wake up pee, for the best results.
Use protection omg. You wouldn't need to be worrying now if you did.
