Taking SAHELI can delay periods, and sometimes stop them. There is nothing you can do about the delay, except stop taking it. If you are not having sex as your husband is away for several months, there is no need to take the pill.

If her period is due 6th Nov, it pre-supposes ovulation on 23rd Oct. In that case your activity on 25th Oct would probably not have been at a fertile time, so the chances of pregnancy would be close to zero. However, as she is irregular, it may be that she ovulated later (in which case her period would be expected later) so it could then have been a fertile time. But you didn't give the date her last period started. However, from what I understand from your activity, there is only a small chance she could get pregnant.

Therefore activity on 25th Oct is outside her fertile time. For it to have occurred at a fertile time, ovulation would have to have occurred about 25th Oct, projecting a period start about 8th Nov, indicating a 35-day cycle (which is long - at the top of the normal range). I think the chances of pregnancy are extremely low. However I would not suggest taking a test until 9th Nov (after 8th Nov has passed).
