If a women does intercourse first time, and has bleeding. Then she does not do it for about an year.... is it any possibility for her to bleed the very 2nd time after an year?

It depends how much your hymen was torn. If it was only partially ruptured, then the second time you could bleed again. Sometimes women bleed more often than just the once. But have you checked the state of your hymen? Do you know how, and what you are looking for?
