Very rarely a person can get it through soiled towels, baths, and jacuzzis.
And you never can contract it from toilet seats, kissing, or sharing utensils.

WRONG - you can indeed get it from toilet seats. The parasite can live for up to 3 hours on surfaces which include toilet seats, towels, benches at a spa/gym. It can also be acquired in swimming pools. I've read this on multiple sites including the CDC
